Some people just have too much time on their hands. PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) members fall into that category. A New York Times Dining Section article touting the attractiveness of crispy chicken skin, has PETA crying fowl! The picture of a chicken carcass in a ‘sexy pose’ pushed the group into the fryer .
I commend the New York Times for taking on controversial issues like this and look forward to a November expose on the temptations of browned crispy turkey skin! Yummy!
